We are awarding up to $1,000 for Black direct action practitioners on the ground. Funds can be used for supplies, safety equipment, trainers, medics, or anything needed to help plan your actions.

The BlackOUT Collective defines Direct Action as a tactic used to make an immediate intervention that stops business as usual. The purpose is to cause a crisis of conscience for the public, the state, the elite, and corporations. It is transformational in nature for those who use it. Aiming to transform the practitioner, the material conditions, the target, and the relationship that oppressed and working classes have to power.
